  • ⅛ teaspoon turmeric (for color)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Make the Shortbread Crust:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
    • Add the melted vegan butter and mix until crumbly.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

    • Once completely chilled, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang.
